By registering your order in Morning★Co e-shop, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. The e-mail includes the items you have selected, the order code, as well as its total cost. Upon departure of your order from our store, you will receive an e-mail with the courier receipt number for the package you will receive. With this number you have the opportunity to track your order in the courier company.
The products will be sent to you, at the recipient address you have indicated to us, by Elta Courier. You are not charged with shipping costs. All orders whose items are in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Orders placed on the Saturday or Sunday system are approved, prepared and shipped on Monday. In any different case, you will be informed by phone or e-mail about the relevant information that you have placed in the system.

We accept credit, debit and prepaid cards, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. All payments made using cards are processed through the electronic payment platform of Piraeus Bank which uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128 bit encryption SSL protocol. Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

3. PAY ON DELIVERY
You can choose to pay upon delivery to the courier, with an added cost The extra cost for paying upon delivery is 2€. For purchases above 150€ payment upon delivery is NOT supported.

If you choose to collect your order from our store, in Athens or Thessaloniki, you can pay with cash or by via credit / debit card.
In our effort to satisfy the needs of our customers in the products they choose from our e-shop, we offer the possibility of returning all products. Our customers can
request the exchange or full refund within 7 working days from the day of delivery of the products based on the receipt documents. The only charge will be the shipping costs.
The process of returning or exchanging items is as follows:
• Product return is made only after contacting out e-shop by phone (2310-226682) to approve the return.
• The return costs of the products are borne exclusively by the customer.
The following conditions must be met in full for the return of the products
• The request for return or exchange should not exceed 7 working days from the date of delivery based on the receipt documents.
• All returned items must be sent to us in the original condition in which you received the product (without signs of wear or soiling) and in resale condition.
• The product must bear all the labels and accompanying cards of the manufacturer that it had at the time of purchase, as well as the packaging that accompanies it.
• The product must be accompanied by the receipt or the purchase invoice.
If the product and the return process meet all the above criteria, you can either send the product back to us to replace it with another product, or request a refund. In any case other than the above, the Morning★Co e-shop reserves the right not to accept the return.
The customer has the absolute responsibility of sending the product to our address which is indicated on the receipt or the purchase invoice. Morning★Co e-shop does not take any responsibility for returned products that are lost or destroyed during the return.
In case the purchase and payment of the product has been made by cash on delivery, we will refund your money to your own bank account, after consultation with you within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the product based on the receipt documents.
